The Miami Seminole Club endowed a student scholarship in March of 1991, naming it the Bernard Sliger Scholarship.  Since that time the club has been awarding $1,000 to an incoming freshman from Miami-Dade County.  In 2007 the club awarded two $1,000 scholarships.  We continue to fund our scholarships through our membership drive and through scholarship donations.
