Mr. Haggard, a 1964 graduate of Florida State University, embodies everything that is a Seminole.  Mr. Haggard is an accomplished trial lawyer, former national chairman of the Board of the Florida State University Seminole Boosters, former Chairman of FSU's College of Arts & Science Leadership Counsel, a Seminole Booster, Moore-Stone Award Recipient, a long-time member and supporter of the Miami Seminole Club, and a member of the Miami Seminole Club's elite "77 Club".
